Summit Medical Admin will take a look at issue, come up with ways to solve issue, and provide guidance/insight. This is a one time service, in the form of a phone call or zoom meeting, and includes an end report detailing issues discussed and ending solution.

This is for clinicians or professionals that like to do their own medical billing, but want some guidance on day to day billing issues like denied claims, credentialing issues, collecting client balances, and common billing problem solving. We take a deep dive into accounts receivable and provide instructions on how to collect on unpaid claims. This service is a month to month service, with 4 calls included (one per week) and includes email check ins, and a finalized end of month report. 

This is for clinicians/professionals that do their own billing, but are finding they have more denied claims. Summit Medical Admin will review all denied claims, identify billing issues, instruct clinicians on how to resubmit claims, and perform a 'billing audit' for any major issues causing denials. This is a monthly service, and can be done for one month, or for multiple months, depending on practice needs. This service includes 2 calls, and also includes a finalized end of month report.

This service provides consultation to office professionals or clinicians looking to start an independent private practice or a group practice. This service is a one time service, typically a phone call or zoom meeting, going over what clinicians need to get their practice started. This can be picking an EMR system that works for you, deciding on a practice model, going over necessary registration forms for clients, or simply just advice on how to get started.
